It is a hydrophilic silicone oil with reactive activity and a new type fabric finishing agent. Dissolved in water, it can be used alone in the form of an aqueous solution for the finished product or added to a resin finishing working bath. The working bath is stable, does not break emulsion, and does not float oil.
