【使用方法】    Usage

在进行固色处理之前，请将染色织物充分的漂洗（有需要时进行皂洗），去除残存的染料、盐及碱，以保证后续的固色效果。

Before color fixing, please rinse the dyed fabric fully (when need should soaping), remove residual dyestuff, salt and alkali, to ensure the subsequent fixation effect.

 推荐一般用量与工序：

Recommend general dosage and process:

 1. 浸渍法：The dipping method

   固色剂WD ：1～6 % o.w.f

Dye-fixing agent WD: 1-6% O.W.F

   浴      比 ：1：15～20

Bath ratio: 1：15~20

   温度&时间  ：30～50℃×15～20min

Temperature and time: 30~50℃×15~20min

   染色布 → 浸渍于30～50℃的固色剂WD 工作液中，运行15～30min → 水洗 → 烘干

Dyeing cloth→dipping in fixing agent BS with 30~50℃, running 15 ~ 30 min→ washing →drying

2. 浸轧法：Pad method

   固色剂WD：20～60 g/l

Dye-fixing agent WD：20-60 g/l

   染色布 → 室温，二浸二轧固色剂WD 工作液 → 烘干。

Dyeing cloth, room temperature, two dip two pad fixing agent WD  → drying.
