本品是由特殊高分子化合物组成的非硅型氧漂稳定剂，该产品耐高碱，可用于煮漂一浴工艺，使用后的织物白度好、手感柔软，设备无硅垢。

This product is non silicon oxygen bleaching stabilizer which is made of special polymer compound, resistance to high alkali, available for scouring and bleaching one bath process. After use the fabric has goof whiteness, soft handfeeling, the equipment has no silicon scale.

【使用方法】  usage

适用棉针织物前处理，T/C煮漂一浴工艺及梭织物煮练后的漂白。

Suitable for cotton pretreatment, T/C scouring and bleaching one bath process and woven fabric bleaching after boiling off.

1.棉及混纺织物浸漂工艺

1. Cotton and blended fabric dip bleaching process

水water（100%）2～3g/1

氧漂稳定剂Oxygen bleaching stabilizer：1～3g/1

枧油Soap oil：5～1g/1

NaOH：2～3 g/1

浴比liquor ratio：1:10～15

时间time: 95℃×60分钟minute

2.棉及混纺织物连续轧漂工艺

2. Cotton and blended fabric continuous pad bleaching process

水water（100%）：4～6g/1       

氧漂稳定剂Oxygen bleaching stabilizer：4～6g/1

精练剂scouring agent:1～2g/1

3.T/C煮漂一浴长车工艺

3. T/C scouring and bleaching one bath long car process

水water（100%）：10～15g/1

氧漂稳定剂Oxygen bleaching stabilizer：10～15g/1

精练剂scouring agent：5g/1

NaOH20～30 g/1

4.棉冷轧堆工艺
