Application:
It's a low viscosity volatile dimethyl silicone oil with good insulation, high water resistance, high-speed shear resistance, high dispersibility, low surface tension, low reactivity, low vapor pressure, good thermal stability, and good leveling properties. It has excellent compatibility with most lipophilic cosmetic raw materials.
